RD-Flex Couplings, one of the expressive leadership in the brazilian coupling market, with over 35 years of history, headquartered in São Leopoldo – RS, in its own building of 750 m², has become a reference since 2005 in the manufacture of Flexible Couplings and other products linked with mechanical transmissions industrial.
Operating throughout the Brazilian territory, it has been crossing international borders, bringing in all its products of quality and reliability in power transmission by Torque reaching 84,400 Nm in Model RD-300 of our line of “tire” couplings. Providing solutions in the most demanding markets such as mining, steel, agribusiness, food, cellulose and paper, sugar, juice and alcohol mills, oil, mining, petrochemical, sanitation, cement, textile, wood, rubber, chemistry, metallurgy in general, among others. Active participation in all of them.
We manufacture, market and distribute Couplings for power transmission by Torque between two aligned axis. Our main line is the “Tyre-type” Flexible Coupling with excellent acceptance in the market, due to the wide benefits for its equipment. We also have the manufacture and sale of couplings of the “claw type” and “pin” lines; various spare parts (rubber / PU), equivalent and interchangeable to products available in the national and international market.
We have permanent technical support, through the Factory, Representatives and / or Authorized Distributor, with competent and trained staff, always recommending an ideal solution for your equipment, without over-dimensioning, no surprises, with several applications, whether new or replacing the ones already existing, assembled in different sectors of the industry.
